The goods and services offered by FRH Consumer Services, Inc. d/b/a OneLogos Education Solutions (“OneLogos”, “we”, “us” or “our”) include the website at onelogos.com (the “Site”). OneLogos owns all right, title and interest in and to the Site.

This Privacy Policy states the terms under which we collect, use, and disclose personally-identifiable and non-identifying information about you when you use the Site. Please read this page carefully. By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Site.

  1. Types of Information Collected By OneLogos

    1. Personal Information

“Personal Information” means all personally-identifiable information about you, including but not limited to your name, address, credit card information, home and mobile telephone numbers, gender, birth date, and e-mail or IP addresses. OneLogos does not collect Personal Information unless you voluntarily submit that information to OneLogos when you use the Site, send inquiries to OneLogos, or participate in certain activities on the Site, including the submission of User Content.

    1. Non-Identifying Information

In order to better provide you with the services that you seek from the Site, OneLogos also collects certain non-identifying information about you. “Non-Identifying Information” includes but is not limited to your race, marital status, citizenship, major field of study, academic status (e.g., your grade in school or whether you are currently enrolled in school), marital status, military affiliation, your clubs and organizations, disabilities, employment or volunteer experience, ethnic background, high school class rank, grade point average, your preferred schools, and religious affiliation. We do not collect Non-Identifying information unless you voluntarily submit that information to OneLogos when you use the Site.

    1. Information Gathered Automatically

OneLogos may automatically collect certain other non-identifying information about you when you use the Site, including your movement about the Site, the pages on the Site you visit most frequently, the type of browser or computer operating system you use, or the domain name of the website from which you linked to the Site. Additionally, OneLogos may store large files called "cookies" on your computer's hard drive in order to collect in anonymous form certain behavioral information related to your use of the Site. If you object to this practice, you should consult your web browser's documentation in order to disable them. We do, however, recommend that you allow cookies, as they may be required for proper functioning of the Site.

Information OneLogos gathers, whether voluntarily provided by you or automatically collected, may be used for our internal business and marketing purposes. Specifically, we may use your Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information, and information that we collect automatically as set forth in this Section II.

We may use the Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information that you submit via the Site as follows:

    1. To provide you with information about financial aid options that are applicable to you.
    2. To personalize your experience. Your Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
    3. To improve the Site. We continually strive to improve offerings on the Site based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
    4. To improve customer service. Your Personal Information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
    5. To administer contests, promotions, surveys or other Site features.
    6. To send periodic mailings. The addresses and mobile numbers you provide to us through the Site may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to OneLogos, as well as company news, updates or promotions or related product or service information. You are responsible for all telecommunications charges, including but not limited to any charges for text messages that are sent to you by OneLogos.
    1. Information Collected Automatically

We use cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. We use the information associated with cookies to evaluate visitors of the Site and to compile statistical reports on Site activity. The information helps enhance the efficiency and usefulness of the Site and improve customer service. We will not, and will not permit any third parties to, use cookies to track or to collect any Personal Information that users submit to our Site. We will not link, or seek to link, any IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any data gathered from Site with any Personal Information from any source without your express written permission.

  1. Disclosure of Your Information

OneLogos may transfer, disclose or share certain Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information or information that we automatically collect with third party vendors who compile our databases. These third parties have access only to the information needed to perform functions on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Except for the foregoing, OneLogos will not sell, trade or otherwise intentionally transfer your Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information, or information that we automatically collect to third parties without your permission.

Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other statements or representations here or elsewhere on the Site, OneLogos reserves the right to disclose any Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information, or automatically-collected information in our possession if OneLogos reasonably believes that such disclosure is compelled in order to: (1) conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by OneLogos, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) enforce the OneLogos Terms of Use Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) protect the safety of members of the public and other users of the Site. OneLogos reserves the right to transfer Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information, and information that we automatically collect to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of OneLogos or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

  1. Additional Privacy Protections for Children

The Site is not designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13. OneLogos will never knowingly collect information from or about a child under the age of 13. Any information submitted to OneLogos about a child under the age of 13 will be deleted. Any information OneLogos reasonably believes originated from a child under the age of 13 will be deleted.

  1. Security

OneLogos has reasonable security measures in place to protect Personal Information you submit to the Site. Personal Information submitted to the Site is accessible only by those OneLogos employees (such as our marketing and customer service personnel and technical staff) who need access to the information in order to perform their jobs and third parties that perform services for us and are required to keep such information confidential. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OneLogos cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information. When you communicate with OneLogos by phone, text, or email or transmit your Personal Information via the Site, your communication is not necessarily secure and is subject to all of the risks of electronic communication, including but not limited to unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of Personal Information at any time. OneLogos assumes no responsibility for the security of any Personal Information you submit to the Site. OneLogos reserves the right to update or otherwise alter our security practices if and when it seems appropriate.

  1. Information Retention

We will retain your Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information, and any information that we automatically collect as long as your account is active, for as long as the information is needed to provide you with the services that you request, or until you choose to remove the information. You understand that deleted information may persist for a reasonable period of time in backup copies but will not be available to others.

  1. Links to Third Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third party websites. OneLogos is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices on such other websites. When linking to a third party website, you should read the privacy policy stated on that website. This Privacy Policy only governs Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information and information that is automatically collected on the Site.

  1. Correcting, Updating, or Removing Personal Information

You may review, modify, or remove any of your Personal Information or Non-Identifying Information at any time by logging into your user account and changing such information or by contacting OneLogos at info@onelogos.com.com. To stop mobile communications, please text the word “STOP” in reply to a text message sent by OneLogos. If you do not wish to receive e-mail marketing or promotional materials from OneLogos, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your most recent communication or contact OneLogos at info@onelogos.com.

  1. Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. All modifications to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. Although OneLogos may endeavor to notify you when major changes are made to this Privacy Policy, you should periodically visit this page to review the most up-to-date version. By continuing to access or use the Site after a modification, you agree to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

  1. Miscellaneous

The Site originates from the state of Texas. OneLogos does not claim that the Site may be used outside of the United States. Access to the Site by certain persons or in certain countries may not be lawful. If you access the OneLogos from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
